Freely available for use by any properly licensed Amateur. No club
affiliation or membership required. You do not have to contact
the owner before controlling this node.
This node is normally connected to Reflector 9100, the WIN System.
Feel free to join the QSO. This is the normal "idle" condition.
You are completely welcome to connect it to other IRLP nodes.
Please first ensure the node is disconnected. "73" is the usual
disconnect code (or on this node, "#" works too). Commands
can be sent while people are talking on the IRLP link. It's a duplex
link and they will not hear your tones.
Please identify, and let the repeater drop. Key up and connect to
your desired node. No pre-codes, only the four-digit node number
to connect, and "73" (or "#") to disconnect.
When you are done (and disconnected), please send a "star" (*) to
reconnect to the WIN System. It's a special one-digit command.
That part is optional, but appreciated.
Also accessible on 2-meters through the Pacific County ARC 146.86
Ilwaco repeater. Ask a Club member to bring up the IRLP link.
Another 2-meter link is available through the Ocean Park
145.170 repeater. Ask a Control Op to bring up the link.
